If you wish to return a item to Terra Shots please contact us at our customer service email TerraShotsCS@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed. If your Product is damaged upon delivery you can exchange for a fresh version of the same product at no extra cost, just contact us at the customer service email with your order number and a picture of your damaged product with a description of the damage within 30 days after delivery. Please be aware failure to follow these instructions and return without contacting Terra Shots will forfeit your right to a refund.
